All the staff inside/all the techs that were at my house doing work all deserve a shoutout. Each one was very friendly! Especially Stephanie from the office when I called in & Matthew H. Who was the first one sent to my house. He explained everything, was kind, patient, answered any questions we had. I know Johnson Heating/Cooling will be who we always call if needed!

“KEITH CAME OUT AND WORKED ON OUR HEAT PUMP THAT WAS INSTALLED BY ANOTHER COMPANY. WE FELT LIKE IT HAD BEEN RUNNING NON STOP AND OUR UTILITY BILL WAS HIGHER THEN NORMAL. HE WAS EXTREMLY THOROUGH. HE NOTICED AN ISSUE WITH OUR REFRIDERANT LEVELS. HE LEFT EVERYTHING CLEAN AND I NOTICED A HUGE DIFFERENCE OVER NIGHT IN IT NOT ONLY MAINTAINING TEMP BUT IT WASNT RUNNING ALL NIGHT LONG.
