Absolutely amazing staff! Stephanie was so sweet and helpful getting someone out to us. Our service tech jody was so thorough and amazing at his job! They saved us so much time and money. Thankfully the part and service was affordable and quick! We appreciate all the help especially since there was so much snow and I know it was hard to get out in it.

We noticed our heat pump had stopped working. We called the office, and Stephanie answered was very friendly and said she would get Matt to check it right away. When Matt arrived, he immediately found we had a major leak and scheduled it for repair. Jody Came the next day with the parts, repaired everything and it’s all working great. We want to thank the whole team at Johnson heating for their excellent service and quick response. We would highly recommend them to anyone who has a need for service.
