“Our whole house air unit completely died day before July 4th weekend. Called Johnson Heating they came out same day I called assessed the situation. Was able to order parts and keep our unit. Due to holiday weekend we knew it would be a few days to get parts. Stephanie at the office offered window units if we needed to get through. Sean came out and put on new parts immediately when they came in. Was in and out within an hour or less. Very good customer service and experience. Thank you, Johnson Heating and Cooling!!!!”

“Matt was at our house within 2 hours of when I called the office for our A/C that quit working on a week that is supposed to have high temperatures and high humidity, Matt had found a bad capacitor and the unit drawing high amps on startup, he replaced the capacitor and put on a capacitor assistant that will reduce the high Amp draw – very happy with his service! I will give him 6 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ nice personality and job ethic!”
