“I initially called Carrie due to past experience with her. As always, she was very helpful and transferred me to Stephanie to schedule service/maintenance. Matt came, diagnosed the issue and made the necessary repairs. Everyone was so helpful and professional yet down-to-earth. Very easy to talk to. Carrie sent me info about a maintenance program which I reviewed. While Matt was here, he enrolled us in the maintenance program. Very easy process. Will definitely recommend Johnson Heating & Cooling to family and friends!”
