“I've been a customer of Johnson for many years, as were my parents. Their services have always been great in our pastexperiences.
Bradford was at our home last week, to do semi annual maintenance. It was the first time I've met him.
He was on time, very polite and professional in his work and conversations.
I had several questions and he answered everything thoroughly, explaining things so I could understand. There was no hesitation in his responses, indicating his level of knowledge for his work.
I've met numerous Johnson technicians over the past years. I'm happy to say I've never been disappointed with anybody.
Bradford is very welcome in our home for future visits.”
“Bradford and Rob came to perform regular maintenance. They did that, describing what they were doing as they did it. When they finished, I was told the blower motor might need replacing soon since it was basically running faster than it should. I was given the option of getting a new motor, doing nothing or maybe getting a new system since my unit is nearing the end of its life.
Billy gave me several options on new units, again without any pressure. I ultimately decided on a new unit that will be much more efficient than my current one.
It’s nice dealing with honest people who don’t try to sell you something you don’t need!”
