“Matt was friendly and explained everything he was doing. He provided maintenance on our furnace and got it ready for the upcoming winter season. He also offered some suggestions for us to consider such as duct cleaning and some indoor air cleaning solutions. We will consider those suggestions. I wanted to also mention some electrical work that you did for us this past summer. Your techs installed an outside electrical outlet at the back of our house which was something that I have been wanting for a while. I am glad that you are offering electrical service now.
