“Bradford and Rob came to perform regular maintenance. They did that, describing what they were doing as they did it. When they finished, I was told the blower motor might need replacing soon since it was basically running faster than it should. I was given the option of getting a new motor, doing nothing or maybe getting a new system since my unit is nearing the end of its life.
Billy gave me several options on new units, again without any pressure. I ultimately decided on a new unit that will be much more efficient than my current one.
It’s nice dealing with honest people who don’t try to sell you something you don’t need!”
“This is my first experience with Johnson, as I was a customer of Donnie Reis for many years. When my heat pump a/c was not cooling properly, I called Johnson for help, because if Donnie trusted your company with his business accounts, that was good enough for me.
I received same-day service when I called for help (not expecting that!). Matt and his helper arrived within the hour window promised. They efficiently found and corrected the a/c issue and suggested several ways to help my system run more efficiently. No high-pressure sales pitches. Explained repairs, etc. in a clear, understandable way.
Both gentlemen were friendly, courteous and a pleasure to work with.”

He is friendly knowledgeable and most importantly, an excellent communicator. He took time to answer ALL of my questions, was very thorough in his repair procedures, and fully explained all of my options.

“Our whole house air unit completely died day before July 4th weekend. Called Johnson Heating they came out same day I called assessed the situation. Was able to order parts and keep our unit. Due to holiday weekend we knew it would be a few days to get parts. Stephanie at the office offered window units if we needed to get through. Sean came out and put on new parts immediately when they came in. Was in and out within an hour or less. Very good customer service and experience. Thank you, Johnson Heating and Cooling!!!!”
