Daniel and Bradford came out. Broke it down in layperson's terms. In short, air is blowing hard and cold. We'll call Johnson for our next service call.

AC unit contactor went bad also burning up the low voltage transformer...Called the Service line, made an appointment. Tech immediately identified the problem, parts were available on the truck. Tech was very thorough on what needed to be done and fixed the problem. Tech was very polite and absolutely up front and Honest, defiantly will have him back on any further issues.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Johnson Heating & Cooling Services, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Chris provided us with a detailed estimate for replacing our fuse box with a breaker box, adding indoor and outdoor outlets, installing a new ceiling fan, four new recessed can lights with a dimmer in our living room, and lighting in our attic. His quote was accurate, fair, and he also made us aware of a convenient 2-year, same-as-cash financing option through a local Credit Union.

Chris and George completed the work in just two days, exceeding all of our expectations. Both were extremely friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and professional. They kept us informed every step of the way, ensuring that my wife and I felt comfortable with the process and understood what was being done.

The quality of their work was outstanding, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend Johnson Heating & Cooling Services to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and trustworthy service. With a company that has been in business since 1986, you can rest assured you are in good hands. We will absolutely use them again for any of our future electrical, heating, or cooling needs.

I called Johnson heating and cooling when my AC was not putting out cold air and within an hour their technician Keith came over and fixed it. He was very nice and worked quickly. I would recommend using Johnson Heating and Cooling and time you have an issue with your AC unit.

I tried fixing myself but to no avail, with the heat I called. They didn't answer first as it was late but they made sure to call and text back. They came out within a couple hrs, broke the bad news but gave fantastic recommendations. Even brought out portable ac units to tide me over til replacement the next day. All techs were courteous and awesome. Seen their reviews and didn't even want a second opinion. Install was quick and seamless. Would recommend

Totally professional from the first contact with the office. They contacted us about expected arrival times and informed us along the way when exactly our technician would arrive. Matt came to our house to service our air conditioner explained everything he was doing and the cost associated with things he recommended. We will definitely be a customer for life. Ceiling fans next!

“Matt was friendly and explained everything he was doing. He provided maintenance on our furnace and got it ready for the upcoming winter season. He also offered some suggestions for us to consider such as duct cleaning and some indoor air cleaning solutions. We will consider those suggestions. I wanted to also mention some electrical work that you did for us this past summer. Your techs installed an outside electrical outlet at the back of our house which was something that I have been wanting for a while. I am glad that you are offering electrical service now. “Bradford and Rob came to perform regular maintenance. They did that, describing what they were doing as they did it. When they finished, I was told the blower motor might need replacing soon since it was basically running faster than it should. I was given the option of getting a new motor, doing nothing or maybe getting a new system since my unit is nearing the end of its life.

Billy gave me several options on new units, again without any pressure. I ultimately decided on a new unit that will be much more efficient than my current one.

It’s nice dealing with honest people who don’t try to sell you something you don’t need!”

“This is my first experience with Johnson, as I was a customer of Donnie Reis for many years. When my heat pump a/c was not cooling properly, I called Johnson for help, because if Donnie trusted your company with his business accounts, that was good enough for me.

I received same-day service when I called for help (not expecting that!). Matt and his helper arrived within the hour window promised. They efficiently found and corrected the a/c issue and suggested several ways to help my system run more efficiently. No high-pressure sales pitches. Explained repairs, etc. in a clear, understandable way.

“Our whole house air unit completely died day before July 4th weekend. Called Johnson Heating they came out same day I called assessed the situation. Was able to order parts and keep our unit. Due to holiday weekend we knew it would be a few days to get parts. Stephanie at the office offered window units if we needed to get through.
