Preventative maintenance on newer equipment is a must. With higher efficiencies, products are becoming more compact and components more expensive and fragile. It is becoming a need to maintain your HVAC equipment. Proper and regular maintenance can help with that. When you install new heating and cooling equipment most manufactures require documented maintenance records to warranty the equipment.
